I Always Seem to Forget...

Hi :)

There's been much talk about how you've hurt me... us.
I always seem to forget that your corny humor has made me laugh more than you've made me cry.

I'm sorry if I seem to forget the good times especially when I want to bash your head.

Thank you for everything that you've done for us.

Happy 7th :)

Take care,
Me and Baby

Letter #6: Acceptance

Dear You,

It's been 6 months. The last time I saw you was at your place...
Your smile seemed like you wanted to say something. I tried to stay longer but you held back. I wanted to pursue .... but what's the use?
We ended up broken for a reason. I don't know why but it seems that we were not really meant to be.

It still hurts to see someone else making you laugh.
It still makes me cry everytime I realize that we drifting farther and farther apart.
It still breaks my heart everytime I imagine you with the new one.

It's time I let you go.

Loving you,

Me

Moving On...

Moments ago.. I was ready to document how I would go about moving on.
After trying so many times to fix the bridge that I myself have broken, I finally find myself wanting to accept things as how they are now.
But how do I document the "how to's" when the wounds are still too fresh?
How does one move on from a life that was expected to last forever?

I don't think I would be able to figure out any "how to's".
I'll just have to live one day at a time.
Pray ...that I will survive this.

It's Been a While...

2 days ago... our VP asked me if my blog is still up and running and if I have updated it recently.
Nagulat naman daw ako.
Imagine... big boss... checking if my site for chismiss is updated.
Nyahahah.
Na-inspire tuloy akong magpost ng bago.
Tsk.
I shall reserve my story writing on my upcoming days off.

Musings of a sleep deprived soul...

"My brother, I Morgan, is your loyal subject. I will support you on your quest to join the kingdom..."

As I watch the drama of Camelot unfold in my 24 inch TV (naks), I get to imagine things like: What is life outside of a call center? What else can I do before I reached an age too late to explore "what if"?

I know that it seemed like the line from the Camelot series has nothing to do with my questions. But I would say that there is. The words that Morgan said echoes through my head... well, not exactly in the same dramatic words but...you know, the same sense.
I feel trapped where I am right now. I feel obligated to stay because of loyalty. URK.

But maybe I am just sleep deprived... thus these useless musings.

The Road So Far...

After 9 months since my last post, here I am again, checking on old posts, reading comments that I have failed to read when it was still fresh (thus I also failed to respond to catty remarks...urk!), reliving the fantasy of being the most famous blogger...blah blah blah.

It has been a busy busy busy life so far.
Don't get me wrong... it has been fruitful one. I am now earning 50k a month because I have been so busy getting my self up in the corporate ladder. But sometimes, I cannot help but think... is this everything? Am I going to spend the rest of my life enslaved to the demands of the call center that I am working for?

I looked out of the window and contemplated on these questions 5 minutes ago.
It hit me then...

No. I will not be satisfied by 13 hours a day sitting in an office surrounded by people who do not know what they are doing half of the time. I can do something else. I can...sell USANA Products.

YES! I can have more income by investing on health products!

Here are a couple of products that I am currently endorsing:

ESSENTIALS, POLY C, PROFLAVANOL, BIO OMEGA, COQUINONE, ACTIVE CALCUIM PLUS ... all manufactured to cater to promote better health for adults.

SENSE beauty products. It includes facial cream, toner, whitening agents, anti-aging creams and other personal care products that are el-natural.

Wakoko....surprised? I rarely engage in advertising products that I do not trust and personally use. I know that this post is completely unlike any other posts that I have done before thus, all the more that you should trust it.
They are completely safe and they are very potent. They are a bit pricey but they are worth it since the effects ARE IMMEDIATE!

You can order them via this link: http://www.facebook.com/xielovi

Signing off for the mean time...

MOVIE MARATHON: Theme of my days off

I am 25 years old and I only get to have a break 2 days in a week. My work load makes me feel like I am already 50 and I should be taking the best out of any break that I get. I should be lounging in the nearest beach or maybe club hopping by night. I mean, come on! I need to get a life!

(Sigh)

Nonetheless, though I get to lead a less adventurous life, I try make it less boring. Last week, I watched PERCY and the LIGHTNING THIEF in SM Cinema. Aside from the improved print outs of the tickets, the movie was not really... hmmm.. memorable. It was more of a modernized version of the HERCULES adventures that I used to watch when I was kid. I actually enjoyed the trailers more.

I am currently looking forward to watching CLASH of the TITANS and COP OUT. The trailers of these particular movies showed off amazing utilization of screen effects that today's technology can offer.

While waiting for them, a while ago, I went off and watched other movies that came out late of last year. The PRINCESS and the FROG was a Disney cartoon film that featured a Black American Princess. It was a mix of Cinderella meets the Frog prince with a twist of Louisiana voodoo culture. It was a feel good movie and it made the idealistic girl in me believe in happy endings all over again.

Next movie was ALVIN and the CHIPMUNKS 2: The Squeakquel. I honestly liked PART 1 better. I could very much summarize the surprising parts into 2 things: the girl chipmunks that were also singers (but not really much because they litterally looked like girl versions of The Chipmunks) and the guest appearance of Charice Pempengco. It's basically a feel good movie for kids.

The LOVELY BONES had the deepest meaning amongst the movies that I've watched this past two weeks. It was a story about a 14 year old girl who could not move on in the after life because she wanted her murder to be brought to justice first. To lose a loved one over a senseless crime is probably one of the hardest thing that one has to go through. This movie showed how the girl's family struggled to heal and to understand that moving on does not mean forgetting. Watching it made me appreciate the fact that the members of my family are all whole and hearthy and that I would do anything to keep them safe.

The most intriguing was The FOURTH KIND. It had an atmosphere of truth to it. The director made the movie like an actual re-enactment. Alledged true to life videos of interviews with the abducted people of Nome, Alaska were also running side by side with the movie and if you are the type that really has an open mind... you might end up... believing. Watch it and see for yourself.

HAITI and the memories that it brought back.

I was around 6 years old when the 1990 Baguio Earthquake struck.
I don't have much details in my memory. I just remember being cold and afraid.
I remember my mom
hugging me and my sister close to her side while she was carrying my brother (he was still a baby then). I remember that I was not wearing any slippers and that my feet were so cold. I remember the rain, but my young mind was wondering why the droplets seemed liked small stones landing on my feet.

I remember sleeping under a big tent together with the other children and their Mamas and their Papas. It was like a slumber party only it was not much fun because everyone seemed so afraid. When I got older, I
realized that my family was one of the lucky ones because we did not end up homeless. Luckier still because we all survived.

All these memories came flashing back when the Haiti Tragedy struck.

I feel for the children.
I know how it's like to wonder if everything will be ok again.

This post is to officially help make everyone aw
are that there are a lot of Haiti locals right now that are in need of our help. They need food, medicine, water and clothing.
If there's anyway that we could help, let's reach out.

1st Entry for 2010

Amazing.
I realized that I had one entry for the year 2009 and that was it.

That is not true though. I finally got approved for the OMTT role last July 2009. It was also my 1st time to ride on board a plane and be on a place outside of Luzon - Bohol. Oh, and of course, I also won another award, Top Coach for 1st Quarter of 2009.

All in all, I still can't help but feel that my journey last year was one big struggle. It was like... being there... but watching myself from afar at the same time.

Hanep na description ba?

Hehehe. But this year, i want to make it different. I want to make sure that something explosive will happen that will mark a milestone in my life.

Amen.

Ang Aking Inspirasyon

O.M.G.

May dimples. Cute ang smile. Kalbo. Cute ang mata. Mukhang mabait...mukhang malinis.

Pogi8: Cots, the customer was asking ip, ip, it's fossible to relod her account that she doesn't receive yet?

/shock

Hayzzz.

Hayun Eh!

Your Ideal Relationship is Marriage

You've dated enough to know what you want.

And that's marriage - with the right person.

You're serious about settling down some time soon.

Even if you haven't met the person you want to get hitched to!

STILL RESTLESS??!!!!

Naka-anim na pocketbooks na ako in a span of a week. OMG.
High maintenance!

PROJECT FRENZY... still restless

Just finished an art work project. It was another attempt to appease my somewhat "hunger to complete things" fever that has afflicted me 2 weeks ago.
Grrrr. I'm still wondering what could have caused this.
They did say that the EBOLA strain from pork meat found in the market is not harmful to people, right?

This art work is a nice concept for a gift... especially that the Season of Giving is just a few days away. How do you do it?

First, you have to have a nice, plain, smooth wood where you could draw the outline of the figure that you would be working on. Then, you'd have to rip old newspaper into small pieces, blend it with water and dye and....ah, huh?
Oh, too hard?
Well, ok, fine. You can actually buy the materials in SM (Baguio--- duh?).
Then all you have to do is fill up the spaces with your desired colors.
The art work set usually depends on the size of the board. This set cost Php70 only.

FYI. The "heart" part was actually done by Glen. He's such a kid sometimes. He wants to try all the things that I do. Wakekekek. Then he gets bored and gets back with his play station.

PROJECT FRENZY

I'm not sure where this restlessness is coming from. Grrrrr. It's like I'm always itching to do something... complete something.
I have just completed the Vigan Scrapbook.

Front cover of the scrap book. If you're asking if I designed and made it myself.... you are sooo mistaken. I am not that creative.

First page. In fairness, it took me sometime to look for the appropriate materials that would compliment the "Vigan" theme. I had to make sure that the background paper was not glossy, para di na niya i-out-gloss yung pictures. Tapos I had to look for sticker sets with vintage feel.

Heto na... this is a sample of one of the 18 pages of the scrapbook. The text are all handwritten... by me of course. Wakekeke.

This is another of those pages. Tapos ko na siya... at sabi ni Baby, we have to have the Hundred Island pictures printed para daw may gawin ulit ako. Hmmm... I secretly wondered if he just really liked how I did this one or if he just wanted me to be busy so that I'd stop pestering him.

Hayyzzzz.... what to do pa kaya?

Tribute to a Friend - Ian Quinto, you will be missed.

Sandali lang tayo nagkasama.
Pero I still felt the loss...
Sana, kung nasan ka man... masaya ka.
Sa susunod na pagkikita, dude.

Invisible To You

Blogger: Hmmm... looks can be deceiving, you know.

Ngunit isang gabi...

GURLAH: Hoy ano ka bah! Ba't ang manhid mo?!! Kanina pa kita inaayang sumayaw... ba't ayaw mo?
BOYLET: Ha? Di kaya... cge sayaw tayo!

(Background Music: Disturbia  by Rihanna)

GURLAH: Coach, bakit ganun?
GURLAH: Eh, I like him eh.
Blogger: Exactly! You like him and you're making it too easy for him. Tsk, di mo ba alam na ang mga lalake, they usually like challenges?

(After mga ilang dance music pah...)

Blogger: Tsk, pag nakikipagsayaw ka, wag masyadong mabilis... dapat slow and easy ang galaw. The goal is to seduce.... not to tire him.

(Tamang-tama namang tumugtog ang kantang Low by Florida.... subalit pagkatapos nito...)

GURLAH: Coach, ayoko na! Nakakainis siya. Ano ba ako? Invisible?
Blogger: Tsk, hay naku... kailangan mo ng crash course training sa "How to Deal with Boys - 101".
GURLAH: (halos mangiyak-ngiyak)
GURLAH: (Sniff, sniff)
Blogger: Isa pa, if you're looking for someone to rid you of your innocence... wag na siya, he can break your heart in the process.
GURLAH: Pero...
Blogger: Mr. Right will come along soon enough. Right now, let's just enjoy the music.
